'sticky notes' does not work

The 'sticky notes' rip the page - I tried on a manila folder - ripped the card board. Writey is not responding to my emails requesting a refund as I want to return the product as it does not work - only damages our stationary.
I was excited to find a whiteboard type post it note - but am so disappointed in the product and lack of response from Writey.

Awesome stuff!

We had a 6 x 2.5m wall covered by Writeyboard and we love it! We use the wall everyday for projects and workshops, we even blu-tack pictures onto it! Really great quality! Markers can be wiped off even with paper towel, adding a little spray and wipe gets our Writeyboard wall looking new again! The staff are friendly and very efficient
