The product arrived in a timely manner. I followed all the instructions and even watched the how to video on YouTube. Even though it was perfectly smooth, over the next couple days it started to bubble. I contacted customer service via email asking very politely for assistance on how to fix and it was ignored. My subsequent follow ups were also ignored. I now have an overpriced, oversized bubbled sticker on my wall that I can’t stand to look at.

We've used Writey for stick-on whiteboards and window frosting numerous times and found them to be knowledgeable, helpful and offering great products that are really cost effective. We will definitely be using them again.
So I wasn't going to leave a review because I felt I couldn't find enough nice to say, but as I'm being prompted, sure:
- Delays. I ordered the item, it took a very long time for it to be dispatched.
- Support failures. There were no updates around the delay. I sent support a call, was apologised to and told items would be added as compensation for the delay. However, when the board finally shipped, these items were not included (unless they were the single whiteboard marker and the instructions print out?)
- Damage in transit. The tube had "Fragile" tape around the ends but had clearly been run over by a courier's forklift and shoddily retaped. Both ends of the roll were damaged, which resulted in me needing to trim off about 20cm from the board, which is not the side I was after. While I definitely fault the courier here, given the whiteboard is so damageable, extra packaging should have been included to protect the board from damage. One side's damage was due to the courier, but the other side's was due to the freeplay of the board in the tube.
- Creases. The board also has creases from being in a rolled state despite being left out to flatten for a long while. They're minimal, but not what one is after.

As discussed, we will send you a new Writeyboard to repalce the board that was damaged by the courier in transit and we will have the accessories included as promised. Based on the photos you sent, it seems as though the accessories may have fallen out when the package was damaged. The incompetence of the courier has had poor reflection on us so we will be reviewing our arrangement with them to see how we can avoid similar issues from happening again.

This has been a game changer as a communication tool between my sister and I and a team of carers for our elderly mum. Coordinating services is challenging and our new board really helps just as we’d hoped. Writey’s professional finish has elevated its ease of use for everyone.
I used it to improve one of my resentation boards which was only for flipcharts. The installation went very smooth and and now it idoubles up as a dry-erase white board. I'll likely order again for the other larger board I have.

Got this to stick on a sliding door and it's perfect, feels great to write on, and the size is perfect. Now I want a larger wall-sized one.
I’ve installed a few of the stick on applications and can’t fault them.
Love the black with fluorescent applicators, but white works just as well too.
